The Early Childhood Development preschool class at Osborne Elementary School is a program that is provided free of charge through the district for children ages 3-5 who qualify through a screening process.  Free preschool screenings are provided through the Early Childhood Development.  These can include a vision and hearing screen, and a check on the developmental areas such as language, thinking skills, fine and gross motor skills, and social and self-help skills.
